Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Smile Maz products are made-to-order through Printful, our print-on-demand
fulfillment partner. Each order is custom-produced specifically for you,
which means there is no warehouse inventory — every shirt, mug, or gift is
printed and shipped fresh.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2-5 business days after
your order is placed. During high-volume seasons (Mother's Day, Día de los
Muertos, Christmas), processing may take up to 7 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a
separate shipping notification with tracking once your order leaves the
fulfillment facility.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
We do not currently ship internationally outside of the United States and
Canada.
SHIPPING TIMES (after processing)
United States:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)
Canada:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Total estimated delivery time = Processing time (2-5 business days) +
Shipping time. For most U.S. orders, plan on 5-10 business days from order
to doorstep. For Canadian orders, plan on 7-15 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination,
package weight, and shipping speed selected. Costs are displayed before
you complete your order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (CANADA)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or
import fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. These fees are the
responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost
charged at checkout. Smile Maz has no control over these charges and
cannot predict their amount.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your address.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate the
package, please first check with your local post office, neighbors, and
household members. If you still can't locate the package after 48 hours,
contact us at alwaysbefeliz@gmail.com and we'll work with Printful and
the carrier to investigate.
For packages that arrive damaged or with print defects, please email
alwaysbefeliz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with Printful to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Smile Maz is not
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the
customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the
customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
NO RETURNS POLICY (FINAL SALE)
Because every Smile Maz product is custom-produced specifically for you,
all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's
remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Exceptions: We will replace or refund orders that arrive defective,
damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered (wrong design,
wrong size shipped, print defects). See our Refund Policy for full
